The NovaQuest Implementation Assessment is a holistic, fixed-fee, technical analysis that profiles your existing PLM implementation and provides recommendations for improving performance, security, service level and overall ease-of-maintenance.

The assessment begins with a pre-engagement request for information which is followed by two days of on-site evaluation and testing and concludes with a detailed report of findings and recommendations.

On-site analysis focuses on four key areas:

• On-going Maintenance Activities

The NIA results in a report detailing the findings and recommendations from the on-site activities. This report includes issues identified and/or resolved on-site; all validated best-practice recommendations, and advisory follow-on actions.
